- What is the HughesNet Wayport Membership?
The HughesNet® Wayport® Membership provides access at Wayport locations for $14.99 per month, with no annual contract. The Membership will bill your credit card $14.99 each month until you suspend the account. It allows you to connect every day in a given month for only one charge of $14.99. You may terminate the account at any time. When you are ready to use HughesNet Wi-Fi again, simply sign up again online. You will be given a new membership code.
- How will I be billed and what is the billing cycle for HughesNet Wi-Fi?
You will be billed as you are currently billed for your HughesNet service. Monthly charges continue to bill on the date you signed up for the Membership. For example, if you sign up for a Membership on January 13th, you will not be billed again until February 13th, and monthly charges will continue to bill on the 13th of each month.
- How many computers/devices are allowed to utilize the Membership?
Up to 3 devices per month are allowed to connect per membership. Our system tracks connections by MAC address, which is a unique identifier for your network device. If that limit is exceeded, the account may be suspended until a Wayport representative is contacted for resolution.
- If I disable my Membership, will I have to pay a cancellation fee?
If I disable my Membership, will I have to pay a cancellation fee? There is no cancellation fee for your membership. The month-to-month Membership continues to bill monthly until you suspend the account. To avoid having your credit card charged each month, you will need to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the first day of your next month of service.
- How do I login with a HughesNet Wayport Membership? (U.S. instructions)
Under ‘Connection Options’ on the Wayport Welcome Page, there will be an option for ‘Use Coupon Code.’ After you have chosen this option, you will need to enter your coupon code and agree to our Acceptable Use Policy to connect.
- How do I cancel my Membership?
HughesNet Wayport Memberships can be cancelled via Manage Your Account link on the right hand side of this page.
